William and Kate receive warm welcome in Scotland as they visit charity in Moray

Prince William and Kate Middleton have received a warm greeting from well-wishers as they arrived in Scotland for an official royal engagement.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, who are less known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, arrived at Burghead in Moray today on November 2 to meet with members of outdoor learning and adventure activity charity Outfit Moray.

The couple were dressed for the colder weather, with Kate sporting a padded jacket and jeans and William in a wax jacket and chinos.

Outfit Moray supports young people aged between eight and 18 and has worked with more than 16,000 youngsters since its creation in 2003.

It runs a large range of activities including mountain biking, paddlesports, rock climbing, archery and bushcraft.

At Brodiehill Farm, they will meet members of the Lower Speyside Young Farmers group and representatives from Farmstrong Scotland.

Lower Speyside Young Farmers is run for young people from any background aged between 14 and 29 across the local area, providing opportunities for socialising and interaction.
