Kenny McLean a Rangers transfer target as star finally gets Ibrox dream chance

Rangers want to make a summer move for Scotland star Kenny McLean.

Record Sport understands the Light Blues are keen on the Norwich City midfielder, who was part of Steve Clarke’s Scotland squad that has returned dejectedly from Euro 2024. Philippe Clement and his recruitment team have McLean on their list of summer targets, with the former Aberdeen and St Mirren star having been tracked by the Rangers scouting team at the end of the season and at the European Championships.

“But for me and my family, it would be pretty special. I grew up a Rangers fan, used to go to the games with my dad and as a kid in Glasgow, you support Rangers or Celtic and you want to play for one of them. So, I was on the better side.”
