The first residents are scheduled to move into their new homes next April.
The site was acquired via Edinburgh-based property consultancy Scarlett Land and Development which acted for the vendor.

“It’s a great place to be thanks to being located within the Seven Lochs Wetland Park and also just 20 minutes from Glasgow, providing people with the best of town and country living.
“We want to provide quality new homes for everyone and create vibrant communities wherever we build. Our mix of homes at Craignethan Gate will do just that as we have properties ideal for first time buyers, families and anyone looking to move further up the property ladder.”
Jim added: “We are also very pleased to have further strengthened our relationship with the team at Scarlett Land and Development.
“It has been a pleasure working with them on this deal, and we look forward to discussing future opportunities with them.”
