Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods to go into business together in Scotland: What are their plans?

Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods are set to expand their growing business empire together with a joint venture in Scotland in the near future.

Following the success of their New York City flagship sports bar, the singer and famed golfer are opening a second T-Squared Social location in St. Andrews, Scotland.

Timberlake, 43, and Woods, 48, will transform the historic New Picture House Cinema into a high-end venue featuring state-of-the-art sports simulators, bowling, and darts according to a story published by Billboard.

They will also preserve two original cinema screens to honor the venue’s rich history.

Both business partners have had their own legal issues

Timberlake, an avid golfer, has played on Scotland’s legendary links and competed in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2019.

This venture announcement comes as Timberlake deals with the fallout from his DWI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, in mid-June.

Police arrested him for driving while intoxicated and cited him for two traffic violations: failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right. Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., has vowed to “vigorously defend” him against these allegations.

Despite the arrest, Timberlake has resumed his Forget Tomorrow world tour. At his first show back in Chicago last month, he acknowledged the tough week, telling the crowd, “I know I’m hard to love sometimes, but you keep loving me right back.”

Woods has also faced legal troubles, including a DUI arrest in 2017. The 82-time PGA Tour winner had five different drugs in his system when police found him asleep at the wheel: Vicodin, Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien, and THC.

Woods pleaded guilty to reckless driving and later tweeted about completing an intensive out-of-state program and his ongoing efforts to address his issues with the support of his doctors, family, and friends.
