Tragedy as body of Scottish woman, 33, discovered in residential community park

The body of a 33-year-old woman has been discovered by emergency services in a residential park in Bo’ness.

Police Scotland along with paramedics were called to Calder Park near Deanfield Road at around 9.15pm on Friday July 5.




Officers said they received reports of a ‘unwell woman’ in the park but after arriving at the scene she was pronounced dead.

They said the death is unexplained but added they are not treating it as suspicious. A report is due to be sent to the procurator fiscal, reports The Scottish Sun.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 9.15pm on Friday, 5 July, to a report of a woman unwell in the Calder Park area of Bo’ness near Deanfield Road.
