As for Leicester, they are also making just one adjustment to their starting XI. This comes in the number 10 role, where Ayew makes way for El Khannouss, the summer signing from Belgian side Racing Genk. The 20-year-old is making his second start of the term for the Foxes, having also played 56 minutes against Everton a month ago. Several players are out due to injury for the visitors, including Hamza Choudhury, Patson Daka, Nathaniel Opoku, and Jakub Stolarczyk.

Despite their struggles so far, there is only one change in the Southampton starting 11 from their last league game. That comes up front, where Ross Stewart, nursing a thigh injury, is replaced by Cameron Archer. Gavin Bazunu is also out injured, while Jack Stephens is serving the final of his three-match ban for a red card picked up against Manchester United last month.
