Buchan Missioner vacancy in Scotland

Leading mission in north Aberdeenshire

We are looking to appoint a person with gifts in pioneering and entrepreneurship in mission to lead in establishing new congregations and expressions of church in the Buchan area of Aberdeenshire. The missioner will offer support to, and work in partnership with, members of the existing Episcopalian congregations in that area. The person appointed will be a priest and will work closely with the Bishop.

This post is of incumbent status and stipend. Excellent housing to provincial standard is located in Longside. The post-holder will be licensed as associate priest to the churches in Fraserburgh and New Pitsligo.

The post is open to applicants in Episcopalian/Anglican orders, or who are members of churches in communion with the Scottish Episcopal Church.

The post is funded by the William Ross Laurie Fund.
