Celtic and Rangers SWPL final day permutations examined ahead of shootout

The title race may have not gone down to the final day in the men’s stuff but it certainly has in the SWPL.

Celtic Women and Rangers Women both go into their clashes tomorrow with the chance of winning the league and it promises to be a dramatic day with both locked on the same amount of points, 79. The Hoops are in the driving seat due to their much better goal difference – 107 against Gers’ 91.

They do arguably have the harder game though but neither side will have it easy as they both face top six sides. Celtic will be at home to fifth placed Hibs while Rangers host Brian Graham’s Partick Thistle in a repeat of last month’s Sky Sports Cup final which Jo Potter’s side triumphed in.
