Christie scores for Scotland in Euro 2024 warm-up win
RYAN Christie scored his sixth goal for Scotland as his nation continued their preparations for Euro 2024 with a 2-0 win over Gibraltar.
Southampton’s Che Adams scored the other goal in Portugal.
Scotland open the Euros against hosts Germany on Friday, June 14.
It was the first time Christie had found the net since scoring for Cherries against Swansea City in the EFL Cup back in August.
Scotland host Finland on Friday, before heading off to the Euros.
“It feels like it’s right round the corner now,” Christie told Premier Sports.
“The buzz and the atmosphere round the country, you can really feel it building up. We’re trying to put a bit of momentum together.
“Hopefully we can get another good result and performance against Finland with all the boys doing as much as they can to try and get on the team sheet come Munich.”
