Desperate search for woman missing for 3 days after she vanished from Scots town

A DESPERATE search is underway for a woman who vanished from a Scots town.

Ashleigh Crosbie was last seen on a night out with pals in Dumfries on Saturday.

The last sighting of her was around 8pm.

Family and friends launched a frantic search of the area but had no luck.

Ashleigh was reported missing to police, who have launched their own search to find her.

Desperate pals and relatives have taken to social media pleading for information to find her.

One person pleaded for anyone who knows where she could be to come forward.

They shared a picture of her on Facebook in a bid to help find her.

They said: “Still no news on Ashleigh I’m afraid someone must know something please please let us know where she is if you know!

“It’s nearing on three days now and she can’t have vanished into thin air!

“She was last seen in Dumfries at 8pm Saturday night.

“Her friends, fiancé and family are very worried!

“We have been out searching Dumfries area tonight with no luck, police are aware and Ashleigh is now a vulnerable missing person.

“Please share.”

One relative wrote: “Has anyone seen my cousin? She needs to be somewhere?!”

“Someone must know something!”
