Edinburgh winner of Scotland’s Christmas Home of the Year hits the market
A bright and bold colourful home that captured the attention of Scotland’s Home of the Year judges has been put on the market.
The four-bed family home in Willowbrae featured on 2023’s Scotland’s Christmas Home of the Year and wowed the judges with its colourful interior and homemade rainbow-style decorations for the festive season.
Now the property is on the market for £480,000 and boasts plenty of space with three reception rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fans of SHOTY will remember how owner Katie and Jamie Morris loved their kitchen diner as it had room for them to cook while their daughter played at the table.

The kitchen is a converted basement that flows through to the generous dining area with full-length windows and sliding doors that flood the room with natural light. This goes out onto the patio and spacious garden.
The new owners can enjoy the cosy living room that has a feature fireplace. This leads to the two other bedrooms on the first floor while the upper floor consists of two large and a family bathroom.
Throughout the house, there is plenty of storage with a study and a large cupboard in the master bedroom that has been transformed into a small walk-in-wardrobe.
In the advert from Warners, it adds: “The top floor has a bay windowed master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a further large double bedroom and the home is finished by a stylish bathroom with shower over bath. Externally the fully enclosed rear garden has a delightful decked area with a section laid with artificial turf ideal for low maintenance.”
