Rangers’ stars will have in the back of their minds that this weekend at Hearts could make or break their Scottish Cup Final chances.

Philippe Clement has been forced to pick one or two players in recent weeks that have been drafted back in from the cold as he deals with a number of injury issues. It’s been a tough time for the manager with so many first-team starting players missing either through injury or, in John Lundstram’s case, suspension.

That leaves a spot or two potentially available for the tie with Celtic at Hampden on May 25 but they’ll have to show their mettle away at Tynecastle first tomorrow afternoon.

Football Scotland has predicted Clement’s XI for the Jambos and, maybe, at the national stadium down the line.

The goalkeeper Player of the Year starts again.

2 of 11

The captain will play and hope to score against Hearts again.

3 of 11

Has returned to the fold through necessity and is the more experienced of the available central pairing.

4 of 11

Did okay against Dundee after being thrown in the deep end and will be hoping to play his way into a Scottish Cup Final spot.

5 of 11

Will want to play ahead of Barisic to give himself a Hampden chance.

6 of 11

Like others has come back into the fold and will be desperate to take his chance. Will play ahead of Ryan Jack who is back in contention.

7 of 11

Has been decent since arriving in January and would always be alongside a partner in the midfield.

8 of 11

Has been much maligned since he arrived but he can score goals and assist when he’s on his game. Abdallah Sima is back but won’t play ahead of him from the start.

9 of 11

With Tom Lawrence unfit he’s the main man in that spot. Will desperately want a cup final space.

10 of 11

Bagged a brace against Dundee off the bench and will hope to add to that to play at the national stadium.

Incredibly is one of the club’s most consistent performers and his goals tally says as much.
