Willman spent the bulk of the season down in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Devils’ AHL affiliate, the Utica Comets. In 33 games with the AHL squad, he had 12 goals and 22 points.
Willman spent the first two years of his NHL career as a Flyer, posting four goals, six points, and 69 hits in 50 games.
