One Tree Hill’s Jana Kramer marries ex-Premier League coach in Scottish ceremony

One Tree Hill actress Jana Kramer and her Scottish ex-football coach beau, Allan Russell have officially tied the knot.

Jana, 40, and her 43-year-old sweetheart Allan said their vows at Scotland’s beautiful Carnell Estate on Sunday.

The shared glimpses of their happy day with fans via a number of Instagram posts throughout the celebratory weekend.

The cosy ceremony was attended by a group of close-knit 35 family and friends, as well as Jana’s two kids, eight-year-old daughter Jolie and five-year-old son Jace, Allan’s 16 year old son Troy and their mutual infant Roman, who is just eight months old.

The actress called in Scots glam squad to help her get ready on the big day. Glasgow celebrity stylist Pam Doc styled her gorgeous caramel locks whilst Stacey Toner was the makeup artist on hand to paint the bride’s face.

Posting on her Instagram about her glam squad, the actress wrote: “The best glam squad ever. OBSESSED with these two.”

Speaking to People magazine ahead of her big day, Jana confessed: “I just knew that I wanted to marry him. We had talked about just going away and doing it ourselves, but it was important for me to have the wedding for Jolie and Jace, so they can see that we’re married now”, reports the Mirror.

She further explained the value of this special occasion saying, “I’ve also never been so excited to walk down the aisle to someone, and it didn’t need to be this big thing. It’s going to be very small and intimate and everything that we wanted. We’re getting married in Scotland, so the background is already stunning as it is.”

“I just want to marry him, and I want my closest friends there. That’s all that truly matters to us and our family.”

In a nod to Allan’s Scottish heritage, Jana praised his “really respectful” approach to his roots. Allan reciprocated the feelings, remarking, “I think Jana thoroughly deserves a big day.”

The romance sparked when Allan, then residing in England, reached out to Jana via Instagram DMs. Jana reminisced, “He was very sweet and very kind in his message, and we started to talk on WhatsApp.”

She confessed, “And then when I Googled him, I was like, ‘Oh, he’s really cute. I was like, ‘Maybe if he happens to ever be in the States, I’ll go out on a date with him’.”

Their initial encounter happened in Nashville around Christmas, 2022, where Allan instantly knew it was “game over” after meeting the actress, culminating in their engagement half a year later.
