Police left baffled by Glasgow graffiti & need public’s help to identify it
COPS are asking the public to help them decipher graffiti tags left by a mystery city vandal.
The force has issued CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with a probe into various daubings in Glasgow.
They reckon the street artist pounced with spray cans on Wednesday, March 6, leaving behind a trail of brazen designs.
He targeted numerous sites between the city centre and Denniston in the east of the city at around 3am before vanishing into the night.
Officers are asking anyone who can help them identify the man or can provide info about the graffiti to get in touch.
He is described as being in his early 20s and was wearing a dark jacket and black jeans.
He was seen carrying a dark rucksack and wearing a black skip hat.
The man also appears to be tucking into some takeaway grub in the still CCTV pictures.
A statement issued by Police Scotland added: “Officers are also keen to speak to anyone who knows the meaning of the tags.”
