Rangers Goalie Hilariously Responds To Sharks’ Macklin Celebrini Stopping Him From Scoring Goalie Goal
New York Rangers superstar goalie Igor Shesterkin attempted to score a goalie goal against the San Jose Sharks but was stopped by superstar rookie Macklin Celebrini.
Shesterkin poked fun at Celebrini for being the youngest player in the NHL at 18, saying he should “be in school.”
Forgot to post this the other day — Igor Shesterkin got close to a goalie goal against SJ, only to have his attempt batted down by 2024 No. 1 pick Macklin Celebrini.
Asked Shesterkin on Saturday if he saw it was Celebrini who stopped him.

Shesterkin has attempted to score a goalie goal throughout his NHL career but has yet to achieve the feat.
