A key objective in the first year is to establish ERCS Law Practice as a not-for-profit law firm. Together with the Principal Solicitor/Legal Director, you will be a partner in the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) through which ERCS will deliver its legal services. You will provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and representation, in all aspects of environmental law, in a way which is practical, meaningful and easily understood; and identify opportunities to undertake strategic litigation.

We encourage applications from people who are Black or from minority ethnic communities, disabled people and people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

ERCS is a Disability Confident Committed employer to demonstrate our commitment to welcoming disabled applicants for all roles. We commit to making reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process so disabled job applicants have the best opportunity to demonstrate that they can do the job.
